Hello Beauties! This is my first post in a long time. I wanted to talk about what I eat before swimming each day. I swim in the mornings (5:55 am) so I need a lot fuel to keep me going. These are the things I like to eat!
- Peanut butter sandwich and half of a banana
- Cream cheese sandwich
- Avocado Toast
These foods give me energy and they don’t make me sick while exercising.
